I pre-registered and checked in online as I arrived, so there was no waiting time inside. The clinic was clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. My provider was excellent (as usual) with answering questions and addressing concerns. She also referred me to a Dermatologist I could schedule a necessary appointment with, who reached out to me the next day. Thank you, Dr. Carlson!

Always a wonderful experience here!! Check in was quick and easy! The receptionist was kind and friendly. Dr. Lastovica is the best! She is kind and caring. She listens and doesn’t rush the appointment. I highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this clinic for a few years now and have always had a great experience. I finally finished moving all of my care to Nebraska Medicine and couldn’t be happier. The Chalco staff are super helpful and kind and Dr. Marcelin has been an outstanding PCP.

Briana Carlson is wonderful! I live in Council Bluffs and will continue to make the drive because of her wonderful care! I had a burn accident and she was so attentive to my needs and made sure i went home with supplies so i was not prepared for my dressings until I could get more ordered. She provided great followup care and i felt like all my needs were met! Everyone was great! Friendly access staff and CNA too! Thank you for a great experience!
