B Street Collision Center - Southwest Omaha

Being a female and never doing anything like this before, (my late husband took care of our vehicles), I was a bit scared. The service gentleman was so kind in showing me what would have to be done to fix the door on my Outback. He also printed out the estimate sheet, and took care of getting the rental car for me to use while mine was being worked on. I was called with progress reports while repairs were being done. When it was finished I took the rental car to B Street Collision and was able to leave it there to be picked up by Enterprise Rental. (How convient was that?) We did a walk around. I was shown what they did. I was very pleased to have my beautiful Outback restored to it's original condition. I would highly recommend B Street Collision to my friends and relatives. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

I have gone to B street collision on 4 seperate occasions. Through all these years I have never had a bad experience with them. This last time I went I had the choice of going with someone else who could get me in the next day. I ended up waiting for B street collision to have availability because I knew what I was going to get. Communication is great and the results are superb. I recommend and mention as much as I can whenever it comes up. While I hope to never need their services ever again, I will always choose them as long as they are open for business when I do.

It was the best experience start to finish I’ve ever had in dealing with an auto body shop. They were efficient, accurate, gave timely updates and finished ahead of schedule. In this time when customer service seems to be an afterthought, these people were excellent.

The team at B street got my car in and out within a week and updated me throughout the way. They also cleaned my floor mats to look better than they have in years!
