(April 4, 2022, 7:27 pm)Joining HOTWORX has been one of the best wellness decisions I have made in my life. I have been a member since December 2020, attending four times per week doing a strength and HIT session each time, and it’s helped me get in the best shape I’ve been in since before kids (15 years ago). The rotating workouts, with different virtual instructors in the infrared saunas never get boring; and the sauna time comes with many other health benefits. All of this keeps me coming back!
Grab a friend (and a water bottle), and get in for a trial!
(February 15, 2022, 5:32 pm)I love all of the staff that works here. Everyone is always so friendly and happy to see you. All of the members are also so nice. It makes working out fun and enjoyable. I used to dread going to the gym but I look forward to it now!!
