If you're looking for an old-school, hometown, trustworthy mechanic, Mark is your guy. (First Post - 1 year ago) My rear caliper locked up right in front of this shop. I pulled in (7:10 am) and he was there working on another car already. He said he'd have a look shortly. By 10, he called to identify the problem, provide a quote/time estimate. I agreed, and he said he'd try to finish between 4-5 that day. He called at 3:55 to tell me it was fixed (caliper, rotor, brake pad) and that he overestimated the quote even! This was an 8-hour turnaround at a fair price. I'm impressed and will look to return with future maintenance needs. (second Post - 6 months ago) Update: had a similar issue with the back left brake system. I left my car Monday morning, and got estimate that morning at 11:33. On Tuesday, I got a text saying my car was done (brake, caliper, rotor) ... at 10:47 am. Again, impeccable service. I'll surely be a repeat customer. I trust Mark.”

“This has turned out to be a great curbside take out place for us during the covid pandemic. They take your order over the phone (including payment). These are the places we prefer to pick up at now. We usually order one of the lunch specials. Lots of good food for the price. Its usually a spaghetti and an Alfredo dish. They had a little mix up last order and we got to try a tortellini..oh my gosh I can't believe how good that tasted. We have never been to the dining room so can't comment and what the insides are like.”

“Happy tears! I went to get my oil changed on my Nissan Altima and left with a happy heart. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who came out to help me, but he showed me my filters and let me know I needed to replace them. I’d been breathing in a lot of junk and now the air in my car is indeed much fresher and it flows perfectly. Also, there was a metal clanking sound for almost two years. I had a mechanic buddy of mine drive it around and he told me it was something cosmetic and not a true engine issue. He was right. The guys simply cut off some piece of metal that had been giving me misery for two years. And finally, a piece of plastic under the car had detached and was hanging loosely. Sometimes I use a zip tie for a quick fix, but they used a bolt and fixed that too. I called them after I left nearly in tears because I was so pleased with their service. I will definitely be returning to Papillion Tire! Thank you!”
