The thing I like most is the staff; they are all well trained and make it a fun experience for the kids. At my daughter's birthday party there was one child who was reluctant to participate; the staff didn't give up and eventually he was having a blast with the rest of the group. Even at Open Gym nights, the staff are engaged with the kids; teaching them and making sure everyone is having fun.
