“We were traveling across country, and dealing with an emergency vet prescription need on the road. This was the only pharmacy that had that specific medicine on the road for hundreds of miles, and open late enough. We had a complication with our prescription, but the pharmacy manager (Tyler) went above and beyond. Trying to find any solution possible. Including running to catch us before leaving the store with another possible solution. Unfortunately, none were possible for us at the moment. Once we got back on the road, we got ahold of our vet and had to turn around with five minutes to close. Tyler stayed a little later to make sure we got it. He was sincere, and showed an incredible display of character. He gave us comfort in a stressful time, and it was very much appreciated. Thank you again.”

“I don't usually do these, This one is long over due. I bought a Honda Pilot from Dove Auto in Feb of 2022, when i purchased the vehicle there was a transmission light which they said they would take of, after having car for about a month the light came back on. Long story short there end up being a pretty expensive issue, that any other dealership would of said its your car now your problem. Denny and his team stayed true to there word and fixed the problem. It did take tell june of 2022. It was fixed. the only thing i would change would be the communication. I can deal with that when they fixed the problem. Dove auto will be my first choice when i decide to purchase a Vehicle for my teenagers.”

“I took my sewing machine that had been purchased at Sears about 20 years ago in to be serviced. I wanted to make a baby blanket for my 1st grand baby due in December. This shop is great! They serviced the machine which was not expensive when purchased (I’m sure) and never pressured me to purchase something new or better. I hadn’t sewn anything since high school so I took the Get to know your machine class that was offered. They helped me learn the ins and outs of my machine and I was able to practice the basics with help. I decided to take the First Projects class since they were so helpful. They helped me cut and start my baby rag quilt and it turned out really cute! They never made me feel dumb for not knowing. I couldn’t be happier with Millard Sewing! Everyone was so great to work with!”
