Very satisfied with quality of work. Ivan, the painter, was excellent. Very professional with outstanding attention to detail when not rushed. Would ask for him every time. Michele, the project supervisor was very pleasant to work with and interested in delivering a quality product when not pushed to rush the job. Both were unfailing polite and eager to please. Estimator didn’t advise of discount available and when I saw it in promotional material the day before the work started she said it was too late. Ultimately they did honor their own advertised discount but why not take care or business right in the first place?

Michelle and Benjamin were prompt, professional, courteous, informative and respectful while doing a beautiful job on our kitchen cabinets. Benjamin truly cares about his workmanship and takes pride in the finished product. We appreciated his attention to detail throughout the 3 days out job was being completed. As a project manager, Michelle kept us updated and frequently checked in on the crew to assure the job was going according to plan and that we had any questions or concerns answered along the way. Also Kylie was our first contact with Five Star and did a great job on our initial estimate and responding to my questions and request before the job was started. We would definitely recommend Five Star for anyone's painting needs. We look forward to them starting on our exterior house painting job in the near future.
