“(Most Recent) Just had Mark do my tie rod and front brake system. 100% satisfied. Another 1-day turnaround with extremely fair prices. If you're looking for an old-school, hometown, trustworthy mechanic, Mark is your guy. (First Post - 1 year ago) My rear caliper locked up right in front of this shop. I pulled in (7:10 am) and he was there working on another car already. He said he'd have a look shortly. By 10, he called to identify the problem, provide a quote/time estimate. I agreed, and he said he'd try to finish between 4-5 that day. He called at 3:55 to tell me it was fixed (caliper, rotor, brake pad) and that he overestimated the quote even! This was an 8-hour turnaround at a fair price. I'm impressed and will look to return with future maintenance needs. (second Post - 6 months ago) Update: had a similar issue with the back left brake system. I left my car Monday morning, and got estimate that morning at 11:33. On Tuesday, I got a text saying my car was done (brake, caliper, rotor) ... at 10:47 am. Again, impeccable service. I'll surely be a repeat customer. I trust Mark.”
