“I've been going here for a few years now and just went again for my yearly check-up. Wow, they are so helpful and kind compared to my last vision doctor. This business has no real affiliation with Costco but Costco's rates on lenses are very affordable and it's right there. I will be going here from now on. Not sure why I thought somewhere else might be better, just stick with Costco and places they endorse or support. Oh and they don't accept vision insurance, which I've realized i need to drop anyway.”

“I ordered my wedding ring through them and it turned out amazing, exactly the way I wanted it. I have put on some weight and my ring was no longer fitting me so I went to have it resized. It seemed great at first, I was told it would be done in about a week and they would give me a call back to come pick it up. I waited a week and 2 days before trying to call them but no one answered. I tried to go to the store that I dropped the ring off at and they had changed their hours but it wasn’t posted on the store. I went online a found they had posted there that their store hours changed dramatically. I filled out the online contact form and waited for a reply. I was told they hadn’t even gotten to it yet but it would be done the following week on Wednesday and I would get a call. I waited until Friday the following week and called them to find out what’s going on since I still hadn’t been contacted about the ring being done. I was told it had gotten done and I could pick it up the following week. This is also when I was informed that the resizing was going to cost $60. This is 3 weeks after I originally took the ring in and told a week. I had to initiate every contact when they told me they would let me know. They made a wonderful ring that I am very happy with, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. Update: I talked to the owner and he saw that the communication had broken down. He promises to take steps to improve and I feel he was genuine. He made it better and they did a great job resizing the ring. I’m happy with the ring, and I believe the apology about the communication. I would definitely bring my business back. I respect when someone has the character to admit they messed up and would fix it to make it better.”
