I was having so much trouble with the C-PAP (taking in too much air and having difficulty sleeping), and after several adjustments, meetings, with no success and being close to tears, I finally got a referral to the Dental Sleep Apnea Center! My husband says I no longer wake him up (with my snoring) and I am sleeping so, so, so much better! I wish I would have started with this FIRST versus the C-PAP and I wish someone would of made the referral sooner! Start here FIRST; it is so much less cumbersome and I can finally sleep on my side and stomach again!!! I forgot how heavenly that felt.”
