“My son has been going to Kratos for the past 2 years to help with strength and performance across the board for the multiple sports he plays. They do such a wonderful job teaching kids proper form and the importance of proper form when performing an exercise. Whether that's a kettle bell deadlift or a box squat, I know my son will be performing those movements correctly to then transfer the proper technique over to sport application. I have seen a HUGE improvement in his performance and coordination since he's started going here. But most importantly, my son really enjoys going to Kratos. They have such a great atmosphere encouraging kids to try their hardest and I couldn't have found a better place. He'll be going there throughout his high school years for sure! Keep up the good work!!”
