I don’t know who’s running this store, but I myself manage a business. I was on the heels of a divorce downsizing from a house to a condo by myself, so the paperwork for a storage unit was definitely one of the last thing on my mind. during the time I was with them there were a couple communication errors that were definitely enough my fault they could have just told me too bad but instead heard me out and work with me which made everything way less stressful.
