I just stopped in to visit with Chuck and review our policies and I was immediately met with a friendly welcome from April his assistant. I felt bad dragging my 3 year old into the office but Chuck was really excited that I brought him in and within 5 minutes he was at ease, coloring with April and talking about our family pets. I felt like I was his most favorite client!
