“Moved in the first of May after looking at several properties in the area. I have been very happy with my decision. Mary and Haley were very nice to work with and answered all of my questions prior to my decision. My apartment was very clean and the carpet looked liked new. I like the gym that they have at the office. All the machines I like to use and a newer treadmill and elliptical machine. I also like that it is a dog friendly place. I see a lot of areas that have the dog waste removal bags to use for free. It looks like it really keeps the grass clean so that kids can play without worrying about getting their shoes dirty. Probably the coolest perk is the raised garden beds for us to use. They are all around the property! Check out the picture!”

“As I've resided here for 5 years I have lost some amenities with the renovation but even though the large balcony and pool will no longer be available to I will continue my residence here strictly because the management has been the most helpful and caring for my well-being. Kenzie has been by my side for the past year walking me through every process with a smile on her face and Sue has been friendly every time I step into her office and knows me as a person not a number. Every apartment complex can get it's bad rap and considering the cost of living here being the best in Millard there have been some questionable circumstances but as the new management stands I couldn't be more happy staying here. Please don't go Kenzie and Sue and every maintinece man in the past couple months. You guys rock.”
