The store carries everything I need for smaller projects and can order stuff for the big ones if they don't have it in stock. They have great customer service, plenty of experts on hand as well as employees who are just there to help you find the small things you need. I have never had a single bad experience in all the times I have been in the store. It is much better than driving across town to one of the big warehouse stores where I wander around trying to find something and there is nobody handy to ask.”

Terrance, the owner of the business, was super helpful professional and knowledgeable. He explained all the different options for beds they have in store. I think the coolest part is he offers drop shipping directly to your house as part of the experience. I have to say one of the best experiences I have had when shopping for a bed. I know where I am going in the future if I need anything mattress related.”

The man who was in the store (I didn’t get his name but he was a taller black man) was also very respectful of both of us. The only problem I had was when we came in to check in there were 2 men that appeared to be waiting so we waited to. The host didn't say anything to us so we thought they were waiting line. Another group of 2 ladies came in & said excuse me & went right up front & put her name in. I was a bit upset & asked the 2 men if they were waiting as well. They had all ready put their names down so were waiting. I was very upset at this time because these 2 ladies went ahead of us & when I said we had been waiting also & no one acknowledged us. She just tok our names & said it was a 15 to 20 minutes wait. We weren't offered an apology or even acknowledged that we were clearly before the other 2 ladies. I just left it alone & our server was amazing!!”
