“Happy tears! I went to get my oil changed on my Nissan Altima and left with a happy heart. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who came out to help me, but he showed me my filters and let me know I needed to replace them. I’d been breathing in a lot of junk and now the air in my car is indeed much fresher and it flows perfectly. Also, there was a metal clanking sound for almost two years. I had a mechanic buddy of mine drive it around and he told me it was something cosmetic and not a true engine issue. He was right. The guys simply cut off some piece of metal that had been giving me misery for two years. And finally, a piece of plastic under the car had detached and was hanging loosely. Sometimes I use a zip tie for a quick fix, but they used a bolt and fixed that too. I called them after I left nearly in tears because I was so pleased with their service. I will definitely be returning to Papillion Tire! Thank you!”

“Let me first start off by saying I am not one to typically write reviews. But I would be remiss if I did not share my experience today with T.O Haas. My wife and I are taking a road trip are taking a road trip from Chicago to Colorado. Half way into our trip we started to experience an issue with our breaks. After getting off the highway and dropping into three different mechanic I unsuccessfully found someone who was willing to take a look at our car and fit us into their schedule. On a final attempt I walked into T.O. Haas on Elm, they too had a full schedule for the day but after sharing my situation with the manager and the distance we still had to travel, the manager refused to let me continue our journey with questionable breaks. His genuine interest in my safety was the definition of remarkable customer service. He went to distance of asking one of the mechanics to forgo his lunch break to help me out!! That is not all, they didn’t all the parts In stock to fix my breaks so they went above and beyond to source the parts with an Hour!!! Bottom line I would highly recommend T.O Haas as you can guarantee they will be looking out for your safety as if it were their own!!”

“Almost hidden away around the corner and through a doorway into the basement of the building lies this hidden gem. A wide selection of all sorts covering a variety of genres, this is a used bookstore totally worth exploring. The young man who assisted me (the owner was out that day) was friendly, and more then diligent in his search of the stock to help me find what I was looking for. While I didn't go in with a specific title in mind (though I thought of a few while there), I left with exactly what I desired. I shall definitely be making return visits to this shop and encourage others to seek out this business the next time they want a book. Especially if you would rather support a local business instead of a large chain.”
