It was already built and put together for the exact same price as the online store (which would be in pieces). Test rode the bike 1 afternoon and pulled the trigger on the purchase. Excellent transaction!!! Then 10 days later on my own doing, the bike fell and bent the shifter stuff (my terminology). I took my prized possession to Tony the next day and Tony fixed my screw up within an hour. Service on this fix was one that made me a customer for life. It feels good to do business with local people who care about the customers first and foremost. Upon that table they also had signs available for purchase that mentioned social distancing and use of mask. I truly appreciate their adaptability and their stance on keeping their customers as safe as possible during these trying times both on the job site and in their store.
