“We recently switched our policies over to Chuck and bottom line - he has been awesome! I just stopped in to visit with Chuck and review our policies and I was immediately met with a friendly welcome from April his assistant. I felt bad dragging my 3 year old into the office but Chuck was really excited that I brought him in and within 5 minutes he was at ease, coloring with April and talking about our family pets. I felt like I was his most favorite client! Chuck walked me through our deductibles and other plan details, pointing out ways to improve our plan which actually kept our monthly rate exactly the same. He didn't try to sell me anything and assured me he would take care of everything and if we ever needed anything there is a 24 hour phone line that the office responds to. By the time I left I felt great about our plans and had to drag my 3 year old out of there. Thanks again Chuck for all of your help!!!”
