“I hope this reaches the proper station we moved to Omaha from Houston, Tx and I'm still not sure where everything is but you guys are literally right down the street from where we live so I can only assume your station was the one that responded. never did I imagine I would ever require y'alls service's but I did. Every mother's worst nightmare is not knowing what's wrong with their child or how to help them. On Saturday night my little boy wasn't feeling the best and needed y'alls help, not only did you guys make this momma feel better but you also helped my little boy. You guys talked to him and explained what y'all were doing you guys assured him he was going to be ok. After taking care of my son you guys then had to assist one of your own. You guys were all very professional and handled the situation perfectly. My little boy still isn't 100% but is starting to show improvement I hope your friend/partner is ok and feeling better. I can never thank y'all enough for that night you guys were truly amazing. Keep up the good work and Thank you for being there when we need you.”

“The flats are in a great location. If you love to workout, Lifetime is literally in your parking lot. When it comes to the apartments, the kitchens are amazing. They have all great appliances from the fridge, sink and stove. The only problems we had is with our patio door. We were the first tenants for our unit and were told that the 'first' floor was done last. It also seemed to be done in a hurry as our door was not sealed properly and when it rained water flooded our patio door area. We also lived underneath who I would call a total hipster as he was up until 4-6am partying weekly, not just during the weekends but the weekdays also. This was completely annoying and when I tried to contact the office, no one responded because we did not know they switched managers until we moved out. Overall great location and units but make sure you know who is living above you, they give you the wifi password when you move in, and ask the maintenance guy to give you a call before he enters or he will come at 7am.”

“NEW RESTAURANT PLUG! I had the privilege of trying Goose 120 last week during their trial run. While I still mourn the loss of Rivera's (sniff sniff 😥), one must just not think about that when eating here… Come with an open mind! First off, what they did with the place is absolutely amazing. A wall was knocked out on the east side, creating a lot more space and even a couple private rooms. Booths and partitions were added to create a more intimate atmosphere, along with better lighting. The bar renovation is AMAZING with a huge U-shaped bar with bar stools all the way around, and big high-top table in bar area - a lot more seating than the previous unnamed restaurant bar. The food is definitely on the Italian side, but not your typical Italian menu. I had the Chicken Milanese Sandwich which was AMAZING! The drink menu is also fantastic. Great service, ambiance, and great food with reasonable prices makes this a must-try place in mid/northern Omaha! 😋”
