“Very helpful I had vandalism done to my car yesterday all 4 of my tires were slashed by a knife and the police officer that came up to take the report could tell me and my fiance were very annoyed and pissed off with everything and the police officer was very nice and was trying to make us in a better mood about it all I would like to give props to officer tager (I think that was his name of the officer who came up to my apartment yesterday) he was very friendly and helpful”

The last one I rented though I was charged for two days. We had an emergency with our dog who needed stitches so kind of forgot about taking it back on time. That's the only thing I have to complain about.”

“This is a lovely, well- maintained historical home, always beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. Staff and volunteers are so welcoming, polite, and helpful. The reception room is one of our favorites; it includes a small Steinway piano and a Regina music box that plays songs using large metal disks. The sound is extraordinary! My 85 year old mother got an unplanned workout going up the many steps to the front door, because I hadn't even thought to ask if there was a handicapped entrance - which there is around back, thank goodness! (We'll be sure to go that way on our next visit.) There is also a small elevator inside if you are unable to walk up or down the impressive staircase. The Crook House is very much worth a few hours of your time, and you can see something new on each visit.”

This facility took their time to ensure his stability and that their plan of care was sustainable. Sustainability was crucial for our family. Ife James was our point of contact. She was highly professional and committed to my son's plan of care. Even after being discharged, Ms. James has remained in contact, checking on him and even willing to meet with new clinicians to make sure they understand who my son is and the best plan of care. “The owner is extremely professional and helpful. The screws holding my license plate were rusted and were not coming out. I took my car to Paco’s and asked if someone would help me out. It was on a Saturday and he was closing shop to head out. Still they took time to help me out. They had to cut new grooves in the screw and get it out. Very helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend to all my friends if their need any work on their car done !!”
