“My experience with Bruce is a unique one. Back story is that I am with American Legion Lincoln Post 3 and Bruce is the Son of our Auxiliary President. Bruce wanted to show his appreciation to those that have served and I was lucky enough to get the help. Bruce went above and beyond what I ever expected. Not only was my car picked up from my home and brought back, but my gas was topped off and I got a heartfelt Christmas card with a little something extra in it, and I think that is because I spent money on a coil pack and Bruce wanted to make sure that I did not have to come out of pocket at all. On top of all that, the cost for everything that they did (Tune up, Induction flush, brake flush) was half the cost of two other places I got quotes from just a couple weeks prior. I have never felt more respected for serving my country than I have today and it has been 20 years since I served. If you need someone you can trust to take care of you and that has the integrity not to do unneeded work or work that is overpriced, Eagle Automotive is where you need to take your vehicle to. “My group and I had an amazing time with Nate as our driver and I had a great experience working with the company to book our bus. Because the Nebraska weather had its own plan for my original date we had to cancel the bus, but Elite was helpful in getting me rescheduled on the same bus for a new date. Our driver, Nate, was funny and worked well with our group. We had 45 people, which is a large group, and there were no complaints! We did a small town bar crawl. He was a great driver and was able to take us to an additional bar that he had a connection to. I was impressed with his professional attitude that also adjusted to the fun environment and 45 20-somethings. He was also helpful at the end of the night to finish everything on a smooth note. I know Elite has been short-staffed recently, along with the rest of the world, but their professionalism still shines through. We did have some fines attached to our ride, which is part of the terms of the rental and I completely understand why, but Elite still was respectful when telling me about them. They were transparent; I appreciated that because some other companies would just charge you and provide no explanation. If I ever need to book a party bus again, I will definitely be contacting Elite and requesting Nate!”

When he got our message, he called within a day or two, then he talked to us about what was going on with our fireplace. Even though we did not know the exact problem, we described to him all of the issues. He was so courteous and professional and I could tell he was going to try his hardest to fix whatever the problem was. On the day of our appointment, he thoroughly inspected our fire place by taking it apart. He cleaned it and replaced bad parts. He stayed in contact with my husband on the phone to give him updates AND he charged a very decent fee for his two hours of work! We are so impressed and so happy that we have a working fireplace for the upcoming Winter. Thanks so much, Jeff! We will call you again for sure!”
