“We had some wind damage to our house that blew some of the siding off on one side. This was my first time having to deal with this issue as this is my first home. I had no idea how the process of getting my home repaired worked. I knew I had to make an insurance claim and originally my insurance company was only going to cover the cost to repair it and they originally did not send anyone out to actually look at the house. Spoke with Jose at Nebraska Exteriors Inc. and he was very quick to come take a look and walk me through how the whole process works. He was very honest and told me that I can request an insurance adjuster to come out and physically look at the house and that I want them to take a sample of the original siding to find out what kind of material it is and if it is still being manufactured. So I called my insurance company back and did just that. It turned out that the original siding was indeed no longer manufactured and there was nothing comparable that could be used in its place. So my insurance company paid to replace all of the siding on the entire house! Then, after we got the new estimate, Jose quickly found some things the insurance company did not include that should have been included. So my insurance company sent me another revised estimate. Once the insurance stuff was done, Jose explained the differences between the different types of siding and helped me pick the best one that would fit my house and look good. Once the siding was ordered and delivered the next day a crew of 3-4 guys showed up and immediately got to work. Originally Jose told me it would take 7 days to complete. They got the entire house re-sided in less than 5 days and it looks Amazing! From the moment I met Jose he put my mind at ease, told me the truth, helped me handle my insurance company and always answered my calls or quickly call me back whenever I had questions or concerns.
