“I usually use rocket car wash with no issues, after a wash I noticed some scratched and asked an employee if it could have been from the wash in which I was directed to a manager. The manager that helped me took a look at the damage as well as camera footage and we were able to see at least part of the scratch was there previously. I appreciate the professionalism and making sure I got taken care of. Definitely deserves to be recognized, didn’t get his name but he has the Taco!”
