“Great Texas Roadhouse location. Staff is super friendly and attentive to detail. Steaks are very good for their price point (you need to drop another $10+/steak to get anything appreciably better). I usually eat at the bar and they make it very comfortable and quick to get your food, but the dining room is just as good. Solid choice for a decent steak dinner.”

Unlike some of the other branches, they aren't always complaining about their job and the conditions. Scottdale Post Office also always has what I need. “I know there are some complaint reviews on here, but honestly Advantage Plumbing is the easiest, most fair, and reliable plumber I've ever used. I was kind of upset to see the reviews were from charging a pretty small fee to trouble shoot a leaky pipe to installing homeowner provided equipment. I've worked with Advantage Plumbing for 3 years on several remodeling projects and others I complete as a general contractor. Advantage Plumbing has by a long shot been the most consistently priced (I've gotten other estimates from other plumbers on flips and remodel projects), fair, and diligent in response. They actually do the work. They are a small family run company who cares. If you have an issues, just call and give them more than a day to respond to the issue. They've always backed up my work. And I was originally referred to AP by two other homeowners who loved them. Your experience with owner Mike and company might not be perfect, but they'll make it right and do there best to make it right out the gate. I'm kind of obsessed with how great these guys are to work with. Instead of saying, "I wish I could give 0 stars, but I have to give 1---to these guys I'd give 10 stars, but I can only give 5."”

“It's very open with a few smaller bodies of water for your dog to splash around in. If you don't want your dog wading around in water, there's a nice fenced off area as well! I'd recommend taking your dog here if you're one who likes the outdoors and letting your dog romp around freely with others”

“Wow !!! Great service from the beginning to the end. The driver kept in touch with me regarding the ETA. They loaded the truck at 2 different locations for me. The guys explained what they were doing (tagging and logging) and why. They wrapped every piece of furniture I had (even though the furniture was in bad shape) and I said they didn't have too. Unloading was quick. They put the items where I wanted them. No damage to anything (my packed items nor my house). They were so good about protecting the doorways, walls and carpet while loading and unloading. I would hire them again.”
