“Once I got a hold of the local office it went smooth. First time around I reserved a car online and they call about an hour before pickup and said they didn't have any vehicles. I should have reserved vehicle from airport location rather than city location, they have more vehicles. The vehicles are less tricked out with features but are less expensive than Budget, Avis, and the others. Car was nearly new and worked well for us. return in Ft Wayne, IN was quick and easy at the city location and it looked like they had a bunch of cars unlike the Lincoln, NE city location. I will use Enterprise Rent-a-car in the future for my rental car needs.”
