Yes, make sure the human pet owner should use the facilities before they visit the park but the quiet, peacefulness and the remote woodland paths make up for this inconvenience. If it provided more convenience it would probably lose some of its charm. It’s a chance to get back to nature while still being in the city and you can do this with your favorite 4 legged friend.
