“Moving in has been wonderful, the apartment is clean and nice and the amenities are nice. The road set up is a bit odd. There are several dead end areas and difficult access to the 2 entrances/exits of the properties. This is a pet friendly campus, which was a bonus to us as we wanted a cat. However there is the downside of other tenants not cleaning after their dogs. The staff has been very responsive in sending maintenance to clean the walkways/entrance areas of droppings. The refurbished apartments have a washer/dryer hookup, but the ones that have not been do not. There are coin operated laundry at each end of each floor of our building (and I believe all buildings). Allo service is "ready" at each apartment, meaning the router is left in each apartment when the previous tenant leaves. If you intend to use Allo, this makes the set up of a new account very quick and easy. I had ours up and running with a single phone call in less than 20 minutes. The staff is very kind and helpful. We've had several interactions with them from when we first started the research process to moving in. Overall we are very happy with our choice to move into these apartments.”

“Camp A Way Campground is our 128th stop and we stayed for 7 days. Very convenient to I80 and 180 and less than 10 minutes to downtown. Check in was quick and the staff was personable/professional and we were escorted to our site. Chose a patio site (smoker, fire pit, patio furniture, swing and extra landscaping) - our site was huge! Speaking of huge, the dog park was one of the biggest we have run across in our travel and had nice grass. The park is kept very clean as was the laundry room. There are very mature trees throughout the park which provide excellent shade on the warm days. In terms of road noise, there is some but hardly noticeable inside. If you have kids, this place would be excellent given all the activities they have available. All in all, would rate this park a 4.5 and would definitely stay here again in the future. Connectivity (2:30 pm): Verizon 241.0 down/26.8 up; T-Mobile 71.8 down/3.89 up; Camp WiFi 70.0 down/42.7 up and was excellent throughout our stay.”

“I was so Impressed with Shawn Steiner during a CCW class he taught for Nebraska concealed carry requirements that I did something I always wanted to do but thought at my age (45) and with my knees (ACL & meniscus repair/replace) that it wouldn't or couldn't work for me. Shawn assured me that there was a place for me in his academy and that I would not be his oldest student, nor would my knees be the worst infirmity among those he has taught. Mustering the courage to overcome my fears and misconceptions I started attending Fit Defense, a class that helped me gain the strength and balance in my body, mind and spirit to start attending the American Kempo Karate classes and Yoga. I so look forward to attending some of the other disciplines available to me like Kungfu and Nin Jitsu among others. The most surprising benefit I have been so grateful for has been the quality of people that fill The Steiner Academy. High quality and varied people of all ages form a strong and versatile community of kind, polite and generous of spirit people whom it has been my great pleasure and indeed honor to train with and learn from. Because all the people I have met inside Steiner Academy have been good men, women and children, without exception, I feel so much uplifted to count myself among them. The Time I spend inside Steiner Academy is the best my body feels all day. My mind is clearest and most positive as I cross the threshold coming and going from what has become a refuge and sanctuary form the crazy world, we all inhabit. The money I spend for Steiner Academy is the best spent money all month.
