(December 6, 2018, 7:11 pm)I attend this class when I am in town visiting. The teacher is so kind and calm. It feels great to have a guided relaxation and stretching for an hour. The people in the class are very welcoming. My father also enjoys participating in this HotSpot Yoga class. I highly recommend this class.
