I have the best experience with Dr Heather, I had my Nexplanon out today and didn’t feel anything when she removed it. She talked me through the process that I didn’t even realized it was out already. The same thing with my IUD insertion, I asked her if it’s gonna hurt and she was honest to me that it will hurt. But to my surprised it didn’t hurt at all. And she is very friendly.
