Costco hearing aid store

I don't understand the negative reviews. I am very pleased with the service, the testing, the product. Staff: friendly, courteous, competent. The hearing test confirmed I needed help hearing. Very long test, but my tech - Judy - was patient, explained each section, answered my questions and concerns, and was very pleasant and personable. She projected a very caring and professional attitude. Later when I went in to get the hearing aids, she was equally professional and thorough. Now several months later, I am fully adapted to the aids. I love that the control app on my phone allows me to make fine-tuned adjustments for the individual environments and conditions. I can save the adjustments to reuse - for example, "Back seat of car" is pretty self explanatory: I increased the speech frequency and decreased the car engine and road frequencies. Incredible improvement. Judy showed me how to do it and now I have several go-to saved programs. I highly recommend this Costco Hearing Center.
