Carson City Ford is the best!! I called the Reno ford dealership and no one called me back so I got online and talked with someone and still no call from the Recall person. Within calling Carson City Ford Denise returned my call and had me on the schedule to get my car in. Dropped my car off the afternoon before my appointment because it was going to snow over night and they called me 2 hour later to let me know my car was already done. Excellent service and everyone was so nice.

Capital Ford expertly performed maintenance and warranty work on my vehicle. Janet was extremely customer oriented and kept me informed throughout diagnosis, ordering parts, and repairs. They are awesome and I highly recommend them!

I purchased my F150 from Corwin Ford. My vehicles engine warning light started flashing. I called Corwin Ford to get my truck seen. They could not get it in until the end of March or beginning of April. As this is a primary vehicle I could not wait that long. I called Capitol Ford and they were able to get it in within three weeks. Janet my Service Manager was wonderful to work with and kept me informed on the status of my truck. I got my truck back today and in my honest opinion it runs smoother than when I purchased it a year ago last month. I will continue to use Capitol Ford for all four of our Ford vehicles in the future. Thank you Janet, the service department and Capital Ford.
