Mary Ann on the front desk is awesome she is professional and caring.

The staff is really nice and matt is a amazing doctor but I've been waiting sense 9-16-20 for my pain refferal and it should have took 30 days and its going on 4.5 months and the employees keep telling me to wait or then they tell me they can't find my refferal I have 2 rods in my whole spine and 50 screws and there playing games with me I just need to be seen by a pain doctor and surgeon like why are they doing this during this hard time and I just called again and tried to ask about my refferral and Marian answered and rushed me off the phone and said I cant help u and u gotta talk to the refferal person well i have been yrying for months left voicemail and they never seem u o call me back or even care this was a good doctor office but wow there paid to help and take care of us people but they don't wanna do anything
