(August 28, 2018, 1:16 pm)I had been with State Farm since I was a teenager. I will be 79 next week. I realized that I was only another number at State Farm. A new Broker replaced the guy I purchased from, who had passed away. I never heard from the new Broker. I had seen the Farmers Insurance location where we buy our groceries and then I saw an ad. I decided to call, made an appointment, and my wife and I went to see Jonathan Penn. To our absolute delight and actually surprise, Jonathan went through all our insurance needs including homes, cars, etc. and; found he could save us a few thousand dollars annually. And, on top of that, he and his entire staff were a delight to work with. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional in guiding me to the right coverage, discounts and e-application forms. His office is very close by. I thanked him in person for expediting my insurance. I'm so glad my brother-in-law recommended Farmers Insurance and I know I have the right agent.
