I thanks to Traci for getting me an appointment.
I found out that the office had been closed and the gentleman I saw had moved away. When I arrived it was an excellent experience.Traci made everything easy. My appointment was great. I just needed my aids checked and cleaned.

Dan was professional and efficient and very patient with my 90 year old mom.

The service that I have received has been great no problems with the hearing aids also a good supply of hearing aids.

"My experience with you was great. Less than a 5 minute wait. For first time users of the miniature devices gets a great lesson on how they work through blue-tooth. However, have your professionals emphasize to your client to not be afraid to experiment with the settings (which takes a bit of getting used to). Once familiar, you know the setting for the particular environment you are going into. It's a breeze. Also, with the 312 batteries once the little protective shield is removed, they need to be exposed for about 5 minutes before putting them in the device."
