Wow sooo Good to finally be back in the studio! Class was exceptional Our Amazing instructor Kiera was at the top of her game as usual. Her knowledge, attention to detail and expertise makes each session Interesting challenging and super FUN! The studio is pristine, safe and wonderful. Glad to finally feel alive again. Bodies by Pilates is unlike any other studio. The equipment is state of the art, the space is tranquil and serene which adds to the flow of the workout which has truly transformed my mind body and soul. I started going to Paula when I was pregnant with my last child. It was the best pregnancy I ever had! No leg cramps, no back pain, and I slept better. The instructors are all so great at what they do. They monitor every move and make small adjustments along the way that make a huge difference in the results. I love this studio and always feel better after my workout sessions. Highly recommend Bodies by Pilates!

After injuring my back, my pain surgeon recommended going to both Physical Therapy and Pilates. While the PT was good, my Pilates experience was much better. I found core strength through Pilates that I didn't learn from PT. The staff at Bodies by Pilates was extremely professional, I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and they always provided very personal attention during all of my sessions. I'm am now a Pilates believer for life!

It is a great studio for Pilates with highly qualified, certified instructors. The studio and all equipment is clean and well-maintained. I have been taking lessons for 5 years with Joanna. She is most patient and careful to implement routines specifically for me and my body. Paula, the owner, is always introducing new pieces of equipment to use. Private lessons are a must if you want to advance personally.

Bodies by Pilates is a very professional, clean and all around wonderful experience. My husband has taken pilates from Paula for over 10 years, and I have been with Joanna for 3 and a half, and each lesson is a revelation.
