Just recently purchased my 2023 Kia carnival from Kia Henderson. I had an amazing salesman, named Paul Petrel. He was great every step along the way. My Kia was back ordered, but the communication throughout was amazing. From every employee to the finance guy the service was too notch! The whole Kia dealership everyone was always so welcoming so understanding and always willing to help definitely a plus coming from another dealership where I had many problems. Definitely go see them if you're interested in a new car. You wont be disappointed.

Came in a few months ago to check out to see what the dealer had to offer and the helpful gentleman Mr. Lucky was upfront, firm, and honest with different offers I can take advantage that were only specifically the most beneficial and suitable while taking in to terms of my personal interests and every trivial questions of concerns at the same time. He also showed me all the little things in terms explanation to the features of the car I got, add ons like towing, and the depths of things on my paperwork such as the warranty. I’m glad I made the choice to swing by Towbin Kia and got a nice set of reliable sleek and sharp set of brand new wheels from them.

Absolutely amazing. My family and I were welcomed by Victor upon our arrival. From start to finish he made sure we walked out of there feeling safe and trustworthy of the product. Long story short after a few walk throughs and a test drive we decided to finalize on the 23' Kia Soul - Gt Line. Victor who was well informed about the vehicle and as a salesmen my self I appreciate his honesty and expertise with the products provided. (Trust, I was asking many questions considering the fact this would be our family vehicle)

I would recommend to anyone who is unsure of their options to look no further and just stop by. Even if you have kids, my son had a blast and we all know how rare it is to keep a child entertained!

Ask for Carlos Salas!! He was immediately friendly and showed interest in what we were looking for as far as vehicle and budget. He was amazing and so friendly. The day we purchased the vehicle, he took time during the day to negotiate with me via phone and email. He made the process so stress free and I knew exactly what I was getting to. He was very thorough and explained everything. I really felt like I got the best deal from him. We did our research and went to other dealerships and met with other sales people. Carlos was by far the best in town. A couple of days after the purchase he followed up to see how we were doing. We had a couple of questions and he was very accommodating.
