friendly staff and great customer service
I recently had a colonoscopy exam performed by Dr. Frankel through his office. It was my first time for this procedure. I was a little uncomfortable and nervous about it, due to the nature of the prep and the exam itself. Dr. Frankel and his staff were very kind, courteous, efficient and respectful. In every aspect of the procedure they protected my dignity and privacy. They even followed up the next day with a phone call to check up on how I was feeling. I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Frankel and his staff.
