  I love my apartment and I love the area, but so far I’ve been pretty upset with the communication that I’ve received in regards to moving in and next steps after submitting my application fee and deposit. I feel like once you got my money you stopped caring. I understand that with COVID-19, you’re taking precautions and measures to stay safe and working limited hours, but that shouldn’t effect the level of communication. It should almost increase to make sure those that are moving in feel welcomed even admist the non traditional way of finding and renting a new apartment.

  First of all I’m renewing my lease again so I’ve been here for 3 years and i love it the apartments are really nice inside with nice appliances. The staff is always friendly especially Samantha she’s so helpful anything i needed she was always on top of it !!
  
  Also i wouldn’t Pay any mind to any negativity on here people are seriously dramatic and find anything to complain about. I seriously never had any issues with anything living here it’s very peaceful and comfy that’s why i keep renewing my lease, plus down the street you have all the stores and freeway access.

  I have lived here almost 6 months and before this I left a very long negative review I want to come back and change this review to a positive outcome. Samantha is very professional and she took care of our bug problem and we have I had them come back. I am assuming it was from the trash can outside that we live next to but I am glad to say that know longer have any type of issues with bugs!! Samantha has worked with us for numerous reasons and I just wanted to leave positive feedback!
