  When my HCAV system broke it leaked, causing water damage to my house. I was working out of state, and had a hard time getting places to call me back.
  I called Bio-One, and I am so glad I did! First, they are local and family owned. Second, they know what they are doing! Danny and Tom were easy to work with! Danny project managed the whole thing- he coordinated schedules with my sister, the crew was always, always on time and professional, and they helped contract for the restoration.
  They were always on time, they were quick to respond to my questions, and they did everything they could to make sure my house looked the way it did before.

  Great job from this company.
  Thoroughly efficient and wonderful communication, which is always important for me.
  They were so friendly and professional regarding the estimate and the actual work, and I don't have any complaints that I could possibly think of.
  I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone looking.

  Could not be more happy with the service they provided for me. I needed help urgently and Danny answered the phone after hours (thank you again!) and was beyond patient and accommodating.
  I loved how thorough they were with their job and made sure that I was satisfied but also was so discreet about everything.
  It was a tough time for me but they made me feel comfortable and I appreciated that more than they know.
  I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks again for everything!

  Excellent customer service. Prompt response, early for both the estimate and work completed. Reasonable pricing and overall very well run/friendly staff. Many businesses in Vegas could take a few notes from such a great company.
