It is said that the park carries an eerie legend and it appears to be a receptacle of energy. It has a U shape ridge with mature trees and in the center a bowl like area for an auditorium totally open in the west side, near the school. Some of these trees are dedicated to people in the afterlife. It is also being nurtured on the south side by a church with a big parking lot and a huge flag pole. The busy Valle Verde Drive, the playground, shaded picnic area and restrooms are in the west. The north is very tranquil with several old pine trees and a quiet residencial neighborhood.
My phone Camera started to act funny during mid December 2020 experience. I ended up with pictures that I didn't take. Be well, stay safe! Hum, Could this be part of the legend?
Come here every month to investigate the park as rumors are saying this park is haunted by a little boy who was killed by a drunk driver after he chased a ball into the street. The park is in a quiet neighborhood off of warm springs and valley varde
Love this park had little league practices here in the late 80's. And yes this park is haunted. Although I do miss the skasphear festivals that used to adorn this very cozy park.
Always friendly and very accommodating wonderful original food best bartenders nice area and most of the time very quiet for lunch
Great park.
Unfortunately, lots of people going mask free. Park is small & it was hard to distance properly.
