He listened to my wants and needs while offering suggestions and isn't pushy at all. I wasn't sure what to expect, I've only had a massage once before which wasn't relaxing for me. After this massage my stress melted away, I haven't been that relaxed in a long time. The days after I felt better physically and I definitely noticed the difference. I highly recommend him especially if you have injuries to be mindful of.
