  Erica Lemarr was hands down the BEST realtor I've ever worked with! We never felt overwhelmed or uninformed. Her communication with us was impeccable and we always felt like her priority. I contacted her with at least a dozen properties on my list and she showed me 5 of them that day! She was flexible, paid attention to what we liked and our budget. She never made us feel like our requests were a burden and always 100% honest with us. She was very professional and relatable. I would absolutely recommend her to any and everyone looking to buy or sell their property!

  Erica LeMarr has been a godsend for my wife and I. We are first time buyers and her attention to detail is impeccable. She made our experience and journey both fulfilling and rewarding. She attended to our needs 24/7. I know that she had other clients but her unending availability made me feel that were her only clients. She made our dream venture a success. She is very personable and easy to communicate with and that is a great attribute especially when you are committing your most important investment in your life. I could spend a whole day expressing superlatives about Erica but I will end with this. If you are a first time buyer or otherwise there’s only one person I can recommend to handle your lifelong investment and that is Erica LeMarr. Ps. She closed our transaction within 29 days. That’s efficiency!

  Erica was a dream to work with. Never once in the process did we regret working with her. She kept us updated during the lengthy new build process but we closed on our first home and a huge part of that was Erica. She is very personable and is accommodating to every need - like needing to see a house just because it looks like it might be a winner online, only to turn out to be a dud. She never complains, in fact on many "need to see this one" outings, she came with her own list of com-parables to show us. She also lets you formulate your own opinion first which is what we loved. Don't hesitate to let her be an asset on your search for a home or investment property as she is as knowledgeable as she is capable. She also is for her client, and is willing to ask whatever you'd like an answer for, and isn't afraid to do so. You can have full confidence in her services. The thing we'll miss is looking at houses with her as that was a BLAST!

  Erica LaMarr, is without a doubt, the most ethical Realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
  Trying to find a house to purchase while living in another state, can be challenging to say the least. However, Erica made the whole process incredibly seamless, and together, she and I were able to find, “just the right house”! I completely felt at ease, knowing she was my advocate, while she watched over my transaction, as though it were her own. Erica’s honesty and level of integrity speaks volumes and genuinely sets her apart from many other agents.
