After living in the house that Roberta helped us Build 3 years ago, we chose Roberta to list the property to sell. she was spot-on in her comps and we priced pretty close to surrounding area. she was very patient and never pushed to lower to get a quick sale. After minor adjustments in price, we sold very close to our asking and she helped us deal with getting everything the buyers needed with the utilities and hoa's and fitness center, we highly recommend Roberta for a buyer or seller. she goes out of her way to ensure you are getting what your contract says you should get.

We purchased new construction (in Henderson, NV) and we lived in CA, so it was not possible for us to be there for the build. (Note: If you don't think you need a realtor because it's new construction, think again!)
Roberta went out each and every weekend and took photographs (great photos at that) and sent them to us. It became a family ritual to wait by the computer on Sunday nights to see how the house was coming along. I really can't say enough great things about her. I wish there were more people in this world as caring and committed to their work as she is!
