I'm Mr.Michael James Houser, I have been a patient of Dr. Lisa Cohen for years. She is the BEST! I was rear ended by a Drunk Driver Sixteen Years ago My Attorney (Dallas G. Horton Esq. Lost My Case! ('Don't Be A Victim Twice") ! Dr. Cohen treated me for Whip Lash and other injuries. On 11-27-15 , I fell down Sixteen Old, Broken Concrete Steps at my Condo. (Duck Creek Village Condos ), While I was taking out my Trash.I Fell and I Suffered a Severe Concussion, Bruised & Fractured Ribs, Two Chiped Teeth, Torn Tendons & Ligaments in my Left Knee, Head , Neck & Back Injuries. (Dr. Michael Miao performed Emergency Surgery ). On My Left Knee. I was transported to UMC, E.R ( Dr. Sorriano did NOTHING to Treat My Mulitple Injuries !) Now I'm in Physical Therapy waiting for Neck at Back Surgery. Dr.Cohen is Treating me for my Head Injuries, Migranes and Nerve Damage,Nose Bleeds, Memory Loss & Black Outs . ( Michael Reason Esq.) Is my attorney.
