Classes are very affordable and she offers morning and evening classes every week!! She truly loves what she does and cares about every one of her students!!

is an accredited Naturopath who has developed & teaches a Safe, Effective & Gentle Yoga for those over 55 years of age. Body, Mind, Spirit are key elements in her practice. We have a great time in all of her different classes! -

The classes are wonderful and the people that attend are so friendly and helpful. Hope you will come and try a class and you will feel good about yourself physically and mentally.
