  What an exceptional renting experience! Great staff, offering advice to protect the renter as well as the landlord. So thankful for responsive quick service on home repairs when needed!

  I worked with one of their salespeople, Shaya and she made it so easy for me while we were searching for houses. She would map out our route and was so informative about the listings. It was obvious she did her research ahead of time which was appreciated. Overall, great to work with.

  Since April, 2019 we have been working with PMLV. We hired them as property managers on one of our properties; located in Green Valley area. Loretta has always been professional and timely. They had tenants in immediately too. Communication happens over email, which we prefer because there is always clarity and documentation. I would strongly recommend PMLV for your property management needs. Their management pricing is fair and they're easy to work with. I have found them to be honest and they do business with integrity.
