The store was clean and orderly. Ricardo was super nice and helpful. Easy to find.

On 09-24-2020 went to the store. T-Mobile Rep. Dezzi provided an excellent service. She was very knowledgeable and professional, also did override my SIM card charge efficiently. She activated my account with my current number.
I was very satisfied and walked out of the Store as a Happy T-Mobile Customer again. Thank you, Dezzi??

The manager went above and beyond trying to help me out of a tough situation. They managed to keep me an affordable plan with an affordable phone.

When we walked in the store,we were immediately welcomed. Brandon helped us. He was amazing. He knew the answers to our many questions. Both my husband and my self were having phone issues and he fixed both for us. Brandon was considerate and very patient with us.
I love this store. I have been in a few times and had great results of any problems!!!
