  Amazing gym and trainers! Nate has helped turn my health around and I'm on a much better path! They offer life changing nutrition advice and are super patient! Super amazing!

  Diana, Rex and all the trainers are amazing here! I originally came in to sign up my son for boxing and signed up the whole family. This isn’t like a large chain gym, It’s much more personalized and effective for someone who needs the xtra push! This will be our gym for a long time to come.

  Short version: This is a supportive, knowledgeable gym with a family like setting. They have a clean facility and wonderful equipment! There's a boxing ring, bags, and other boxing training equipment. It is worth every penny.
  
  Long Version (and personal experience): I started going to this gym in March of 2018. I didn't expect much of it except a bunch of "manly men" going to the "Big Scary Gym". but what I found was quite the opposite. I was immediately treated like a friend, and given a workout routine. They showed me the ropes for the exercise movements, and talked a bit about my diet. My results have been amazing since. They would be better if I weren't injured for 6 months in between these photos, but none the less, I'm happy. This gym and the various people in it have taught me a lot about my diet, workouts, boxing, and everything in between. I'm consistently going to Nate's class for weight lifting, and I have no complaints whatsoever for this gym. If you're looking for a place to get ripped or learn how to really box, this is it. This facility and everyone in it has earned my respect, it's definitely worth it.

  Great gym. Super cheap compared to Lifetime, 24 Hours, and all the other big gyms. A lot nicer staff there, and if there is any questions you wanted to know about any equipment. There is always someone to help out

  This gym has all the equipment you’d ever need! All rogue fitness equipment and they have enough of everything so I never have to wait for a bar. The boxing program is also awesome, I’m seeing progress every day with my coach Rex who’s the owner. Family friendly and super clean facility. 10/10 would recommend.
