(March 11, 2018, 2:15 pm)My experience with the spa was disappointing. First of all the hotel and staff were excellant. Called down to the spa as soon as they opened. I asked for a pedicure and the time they gave me was too late as I was going to a party before then. I told her all I needed was toes polished and trimmed. She checked with someone she said she could do it at 1 for more then I really wanted to spend but I was desperate . I went down for my appointment and they had doubled my price.70 was too high just for what I wanted.We Needless to say I didn't have it done and went elsewhere. They probably weren't full when they gave me a price and by then they probably had someone pay full price. I wasn't the only one that heard what they quoted me because my phone was on speaker. Extremely disappointed with the spa. Make sure you confirm price.
