Although there were a few misunderstandings on Home Depot's part, Desert Eagle Stone did everything they could do to get my granite installed in a timely manner. For that, I will be forever grateful and I highly recommend them for all your granite and stone needs. Just remember, this process takes time, so plan on ordering at least 4 to 6 weeks before you need your installation. That knowledge in itself is extremely important and something I did not know. Thank you for all you did for me, I appreciate all you've done for me.

I've only seen the quality of work of their installation and don't have experience with working with them. However, I would say that the past reviews complaining of service all have home depot as the originator of the contract and I do know that sometimes operations and mismanagement on the side of home depot causes a lot of issues with their subcontractors that end up getting all the blame for what is really issues with home depot. I'd say give them a chance and take time to look at their portfolio.
